mtleimlayoutWhen you book a stay at Mt Elim you are booking the entire facility. All of the buildings listed above are available for the use of your group.  The buildings are not heated but in the Dining Hall and Chapel there are fireplaces that can provide heat.. Mt Elim sits on approximately 40 acres and is surrounded by national forest on three sides with access to great hiking trails.

There are 8 cabins with bunk beds sleeping anywhere from 10-16 people. Three of them are located at the bottom of a hill and the   remaining five are located at the top of the hill. Each cabin has bunk beds with mattresses, there are no linens provided and the cabins are not heated.

We have two rooms connected to the infirmary that can be used for staff quarters. One of them has a bunk bed sleeping two and the other one has a twin bed sleeping one. We also have the “Cooks” cabin that sleeps two. Staff quarters do have mattresses but no linens are provided and they are also not heated.

There are three RV hookups located in the main   parking lot. Each spot has water and electricity but no sewer. Please let us know at least two weeks prior to your arrival how many RV spaces you will need.

The kitchen is  fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes,  silverware,  a flat top griddle, two ovens, a stove, a deep freeze freezer and three refrigerators. A barbeque is available for use and there is a small dish room attached to the kitchen complete with an industrial dish washer. All     cleaning supplies and linens are provided.

The bathroom has six stalls and five sinks on each side, as well as a place to plug in blow dryers and curling irons.  The shower house has six shower stalls including a handicap accessible shower.

The chapel has seating for 65 and has a small stage and fireplace in it. We have speakers available for use as well as a projector screen

The Recreation Hall has two Foos Ball Tables and a Ping Pong table. There is a small Snack Shack in the back that has two refrigerators available. We also have outdoor sports equipment and discs for our Disc Golf course.

The “A” Frame is an open air building that has a sand volleyball court and basketball hoop. It has lighting for evening games and is a great place for outdoor activities when it rains.

Parking

All vehicles must be parked in the designated parking lot. There is the availability to unload vehicles near cabins but there is no over night parking anywhere but in the designated parking area.

The water is plentiful and  safe to drink and cook with but it does not have an appealing taste. We provide drinking water separate from what’s in the tap. Please bring water bottles for campers to fill.

The fee for use of the camp is $15.00 per night, per person.

Capacity

The camp sleeps 85 including staff quarters
